Hi, I'm Jenny.

I am a fun, optimistic, kind-hearted, authentic, sometimes loud and crazy human being who loves animals, traveling, the beach, and gaming. I am the child of an addicted parent. I struggle with depression, anxiety, OCD, codependency and many other things that don’t have words associated to them. I love continuing to work on myself in my own journey of healing and I would love to help you to do the same in your own unique journey. 


I decided to start a blog so I can use it as my way of journaling. Almost anyone you talk to that is on a healing journey for themselves, always suggests journaling as an outlet. I am more of an outspoken person and I feel like by sharing my story and my unique healing journey, that maybe it will help others who are struggling with some of the same things that I do. My #1 goal is to help others who are in similar situations in their healing journeys, just like other’s have helped me.
